Unfortunately they cannot be played in the p2p program or windows media player when the file is incomplete. Is there a program that allows you to play incomplete downloaded files? I tried virtualdub but that didn't work. Thanks for your help Michael |

In other words, is what you are doing legal, If not then this would not be a wise post to make. And until you finish the download, you do not have "a file". Just data with no structure. Its not like streaming video. |

| 272312 | 2004-09-15 10:12:00 | dat viewer will let you view them. I presume your using Kazza?,If you used Kazzalite you would have all the tools bundled with the program. The files get there real extension only once the file has completed downloading,so if they are .wmv your media player should run em no sweat...no special software required,if they don't its more likely you have a corrupted file,or even a dummy file. |
