Absolutely not true. I've been bidding on numerous auctions and have 100% positive feedback over 97 auctions.

This is something which has been instigated very recently and without warning.

Real estate agents live by a different set of ethical standards and moral code than the rest of society, in fact, ethical, code, morals and standards are probably not within their ken. The honest ones are liars, the rest don't recognise the concept at all :|
