| 272458 | 2004-09-15 03:33:00 | Alright,Specs of Desk. Brownish colour, appears to be made out of wood substitue, probally shredded cardboard and vegetable gum. Weight-Heavy,i left it leaning against the shop next door and went and had a sit down,...but i have a crook back as an excuse..... dimensions-No idea, i've cracked the box open, far to many parts so left it as is and went and done far easier tasks.....like fixing comps. And yes indeed,i bought all the had in stock, and if they had had more i would have bought those as well..... |

Doesn't have wheels thought :-( for you guys/girls who are looking for a change from computer repairing they now have overseas a a person you can hire to come and assemble your kitset desk etc after buying it from from Freedom etc. I suggest if you can read a circuit diagram you will be able to read the kitset instructions.... could be a good sideline or think of as 'community service'... may save a lot of road rage and domestics ;-) Joe 0-60 in well... a while |

I have a kitset desk with a shelfy-thing hutch on top. Took me hours to assemble it! I could of easily built three computers in the time it took me to put one desk and top unit together! <also had two screws and one locking bolt/screw device left over which according to the instructions, I wasn't supposed to ... > It is pretty cool though, think the wheels can do 10 RPM's on a shiny surface :p |
