| 272317 | 2004-09-14 13:29:00 | The reason for the top frame not loading as fast is because it is filled with images. You could try changing the main frame page to a blank page then refreshing it after 5 or so seconds to the page you want displayed in the frameset. |

| 272319 | 2004-09-14 14:34:00 | Just load blank.htm into the frame set and include this in the code: <META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="5;URL=centerframe.htm"> Obviously you will have to create blank.htm, but have nothing in it apart from the htlm tags and the meta tag above. |
