272676 2004-09-19 04:48:00 To resolve the original problem you had and keep using Proxomitron all you have to do is right click Prox icon in toolbar and untick "Web Page Filters". To temporarily disable Proxo just do the same right click and tick "Bypass" instead, this returns your browser to normal. It is still running through Proxo I guess but there are no filtering actions. You don't have to change the proxy settings in your browser each time you do this. When you are ready to filter again just untick "Bypass" again. I have found that you can also have Proxo running on one browser ie Firefox, and fire up another browser at the same time ie Explorer, and use it as usual with no filtering even though Proxo is filtering the Firefox browser. What a great program. It looks as if it can do far more selective filtering than this and I am just getting familiar with it. zqwerty (97)
