| 272797 | 2004-09-16 03:46:00 | ATi have released the Catalyst driver pack version 4.9 Available in two sizes around 23MB and another at around 42MB - the 42MB version contains a new Catalyst Control Center which requires MS .NET framework 1.1 According to Tom's Hardware performance increases of 10-25% are expected for Doom3 and UT2004. I guess the proof will be in the testing... Good News for RADEON users at any rate. |
