It could only be something trying to update it's self or you could have picked up some spyware that's trying to call home. have you got these programs SpyBot search and destroy from Here (http://www.safer-networking.org/) Adaware from this site (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) Another good utility is hijack this from Here (tomcoyote.com) A2 here (www.emsisoft.com) What is your firewall telling you that is trying to connect. hth |
