273293 2004-09-17 16:54:00 Where should I go in Christchurch to get a second hard drive for my computer? Are there compatablity issues to consider? My current HD is a Maxtor 6Y080L0 SCSI 80 Gig. Vince Vince (406)

You could probably pick up.
I don't know what they're like.

Or try http://www.computerfuture.co.nz/ for a proper retail store. I know they're good but check on pricespy for price comparisons.

273300 2004-09-19 12:45:00 I posted this reply (or one much like it) to Godfather last night, where has it gone I wonder? ?:|

I realized afterwards that SCSI was wrong. Sometimes Windows System Information gives me to much information and I am to trusting. :8}Where can I find the HDs interface information? The computer is a DELL 4600i. Vince
