| 273867 | 2004-09-19 22:14:00 | We've just moved our fuel account from Shell to Mobil. Now we liked the Shell website - we could order cards, view historical reports (and download filtered reports as PDFs), cancel cards, change limits on cards etc. Everything I though that you should be able to do online with a fuel account was possible. Now we're with Mobil. Their total online fleet card management system? Zero. I simply can't believe in 2004 that they have no online system whatsoever. Incredible. Yes, we should have checked this before moving companies but I assumed (and yes, wrongly) that they would have *something* similar to Shell's website. Have started a regular email to them to get their asses into gear but expect nothing will happen. |

All changes/new procedures get caught up in corporate red tape and take forever to get changed. > Have started a regular email to them to get their > asses into gear but expect nothing will happen. Keep up the e-mails and also call them and ask to talk to the area mobilcard rep. There may be something happening already, or they may have some other site not linked to their home page. |

| 273872 | 2004-09-20 00:38:00 | What was I hoping to get from the post? Not sure, just venting frustrations...apologies if it's just too OT. What did I expect from an Oil COmpany? Service... That's like saying that retailers should not have products available online since they aren't computer companies. Love to shift back to Shell but the 5-figures savings for 12 months with Mobil has put paid to that! |
