| 274019 | 2004-09-20 03:03:00 | Way back in the days when I used 123 there was a "global format" option which, if selected, would migrate any format changes through all sheets of a multi-sheet spreadsheet. I now have OOo 1.1.2 on the home PC and would like to use the same option if it is available. However, I can't find it in Help - it's either not there or I am perhaps asking the wrong questions when I search. I know that I can format one sheet and, using Paste Special, copy format changes to all sheets one at a time. I would however prefer the global option if one is available. Can anyone help? Thanks.......Ray |

Im not very familiar with it, but you can group sheets (hold down CTRL key and click each sheet you want to be grouped or right click a sheet and choose select all sheets) then select cells and apply formatting and the formatting will apply to the same cells in the selected sheets. To de-select hold down SHIFT & click. Is that what you mean? |
