| 274606 | 2004-09-22 06:29:00 | I have WinXP home and I installed WinXP Pro trial version, I want to uninstall this and go back to my Home edition, but how can I do this without having to re-install everything again. Cheers |

| 274607 | 2004-09-22 06:36:00 | trail version, do you mean you installed pro without activating it, to the best of my knowledge I dont think you can what is effectivly downgrading your os my advice is BACKUP all critical data because if you haven't activated the pro version it will disable itself I possibly think you are in for a reinstall of xp home. Did you buy or borrow this pro version? |

I have looked on the site but nothing there and looked on the cd nothing there. I hope I don't have to do a full re-install. Cheers |
