| 274579 | 2004-09-22 04:36:00 | Hi PF1ers, I would value some advise about which multifuntion printer would be the best as regards print speed, quality of the job & economy in the $300-$500 or what printer is best for printing colour (photos & docs) in the up to $400.00. I am currently running an old HP Deskjet4 which is a fine printer but is getting on. It may be time to replace it and I am looking at the options. Rob |

| 274581 | 2004-09-22 09:18:00 | I have a 3 month old HP PSC 2400 series multifunction, and it's just great. I particularly like the HP flatbed paper try, feeds beautifully. I got it fron Ascent.co.nz - the Warehouse had them cheaper but the specs were different - no fax for a start. So watch when you're comparing models - the number may be the same, but the specs seem to differ. Hope this is useful |

| 274583 | 2004-09-22 09:53:00 | Thanks Rob, Annie & JWK, I am a bit puzzled though, as I can't find any reference to the printers that Annie & JK mentioned, on the HP NZ Website. What sort of printers are they? Jet I am assuming, but more info would be good. |
