274470 2004-09-21 23:53:00 Does anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut to do this, or a key combination? It's a b*...* nuisance going "Edit/Delete" all the time. Ta. k8smum (6062)

Which, I found by opening up MS Excel help and doing a search for "keyboard shortcuts". It's surprising what can be found in an application's help file ;)

Much appreciated. Who would have thought that a help file could actually be helpful?

274473 2004-09-22 10:29:00 Hi there
I use the sort or the filter in the data menu to get rid of blank rows. You may need to modify the spreadsheet slightly but its easier than selecting separate rows and then deleting.

Cheers
Craig.
