| 274331 | 2004-09-21 06:41:00 | Hi, I run a network of several computers all connected to an ADSL router. Some computers when Windows has been installed cannot access certain websites, including XtraMsn and Microsoft. In some XP machines changing the MTU in the registry helps, but this does not seem to work in Windows 98, which I have just installed on an older computer (PII 333Mhz). Can anybody offer any advice? |

| 274332 | 2004-09-21 21:41:00 | on these pc that you are having trouble with does clicking on the refresh button solve the problem if so are they running ie 6 and have been recently patched from the MS site if all the above is correct there is a patch on the ms site for this problem but youll have to search for it Im afraid as I have lost the url for it good hunting |
