| 1371460 | 2014-03-27 12:17:00 | Hi I have got a completely unresponsive 3 month old laptop. The only thing that is showing any sign of life is that there are three LED lights behind the F1, F4 and Fn keys that are permanently on. (They are not the keyboard backlight lights). Long pressing the power button is not doing anything and nor is taking the battery out (although the laptop has a dual battery and only one is removable). Other than that I have no idea what else I can try before handing over to warranty. The problem is I am overseas and in a country where I don't speak the language and need the laptop up and running asap... I assume the Lenovo warranty is worldwide and I just need to try and find a local authorised representative? Any help much appreciated. |
