1353137 2013-09-10 09:49:00 Wondering if there is anything that's "new" with these switches. Looking to retire my current keyboard (RT6656TW). icow (15313)
1353138 2013-09-10 10:19:00 AFAIK what you're after goes by the name "Mechanical keyboard" and it's pretty common amongst gamers for the response. I loves mine :D Chilling_Silence (9)
1353139 2013-09-11 07:05:00 Yeah but almost all (new) mechanical keyboards seem to use Cherry MX switches, I'm after Alps specifically. Problem is they're most commonly found on keyboards from the 90's. icow (15313)
1353140 2013-09-11 08:12:00 Whoa ... I now know seriously more about keyboard switches (and Cherry MX blue vs black) than I did 15 minutes ago. :nerd:

Can't help with white alps (not salmon, green or blue either!) search though.
