| 1352801 | 2013-09-05 07:17:00 | Can anyone recommend a gaming mouse for under $100? I'm sick of my <1000 DPI logitech mouse. It is very terrible especially when playing multiplayer. I mainly play FPS games so side buttons and a high DPI would be handy. What is a good DPI anyway? Preferably green to match my Razer Kraken headphones. It doesn't really matter though. I also prefer wired mice. :nerd: I am thinking of getting one of these: Razer Deathadder www.trademe.co.nz Logitech G600 www.trademe.co.nz Razer Mamba (if the trademe auction stays at a low price) www.trademe.co.nz I usually buy off trademe to save money. Thanks :) |

It's a personal thing though, what I like you may hate. Also I tend to use the middle sensitivity because high is just crazy sensitive and mucks up my aim. |

| 1352804 | 2013-09-05 09:00:00 | The ASUS looks good. And a good price too. I will see if I can pick up a cheap g500 or g700 maybe. I'd imagine the g600 would get a bit confusing in the heat of battle. It has a lot of buttons. The custom LED lighting is pretty cool though. Any experience with Razer mice? |

Personally, I've not found a Razer mouse I like. Don't get me wrong, they're good quality, decent software, I just.. have found them uncomfortable and unwieldy, personally. But some friends love them. |

I use a razor mouse, feels great, works great and is easy to programme. The only gripe I have with it is sometimes it is difficult to wake it up, but as it is a wired/wireless hybrid all I need to do is plug it in for a sec, not such a big deal. |

| 1352809 | 2013-09-05 22:00:00 | Buy off trade me to save money? Make sure you double check your pricing, a lot of sellers on TM are rip off merchants, and warranty support can be very hard. Once you've factored in shipping, often it is cheaper from a proper shop. Logitech all the way for me. I would get this one from CL. www.computerlounge.co.nz Or this if you're into that kind of thing. :p www.computerlounge.co.nz |
