And no, not specifically, most ISP's have excessive bandwidth amounts to Australia where YouTube vidz usually stream from, and certain other caches / CDNs are from there. It costs ISPs a _lot_ less to get bandwidth from NZ to Aus. I know it was only 12 months ago that Telstra bought another 10 gigabits to Aus. That'd power a lot of users right there!
"International" to the US etc though is completely different and quite often highly oversubscribed
