1370899 2014-03-21 20:33:00 I get the following problems randomly:

5636

There seems to have quite a few similar issues on the net but couldn't find a solution for my PC.

OS: Win8.1 with latest update
Browser: Firefox 27.0.0

I have reinstalled Adobe flash player a couple of times did not solve the problem.

Getting quite frustrated and annoyed as the more and more frequent pop ups of the above problem.

Any suggestions, please.

1370900 2014-03-21 22:11:00 Firefox28 is out, there was also 27.0.1, so you are 2 updates behind, that's about 2 months, also get latest Shockwave it was updated about a week ago. zqwerty (97)
1370901 2014-03-21 22:18:00 On the support section theres an article support.mozilla.org Have you tried resetting FF.

Theres 5 pages of answers so it says.

What you also need to do is say what you have tried and it hasn't worked, While mentioned "but couldn't find a solution for my PC" Not knowing whats been tried will be a waste of time for anyone trying to help.

Uninstalling WILL leave traces behind which can be the cause of the problem, you need to get it out COMPLETELY including from the registry - you can try the uninstaller helpx.adobe.com also read forums.adobe.com

This is just another reason I personally dont use FF much any more, to many problems on various computes.

1370902 2014-03-21 22:38:00 Have you tried switching your browser to preferring HTML5, to see how things go? Can be done here - www.youtube.com/html5
I think the change works for other sites as well as youtube.
