| 1370632 | 2014-03-19 02:45:00 | Can someone tell me if there is a easy way to find locations using Google maps by inputting GPS coordinates ? I know Google says that you can enter coordinates in maps in the right format and it will find location support.google.com I enter a sample GPS coordinate for US and I get a location somewhere in China! Example of a iphone photo details list Lattitude - 47;3x;54.279999999998978 Longitude - 12x;2x;1.70000000001167 I have replaced actual numbers with X in above example. Is this format in Degrees, minutes, seconds or Decimal degrees? Sorry this is a basic question but i want to clarify. Secondly do i have to include the entire string of number after the decimal i.e x.279999999998978 or i can round it off to include only 2 decimal places. so for above example do i enter these as decimal values in above google link or enter as degrees min/sec ? Thanks It seems easy explanation on Google support link but i am afrai di maybe missing something really basic here to get location |

Would this be true? any workaround this? |

If you have a range of photos taken along the way hold down "Shift" key then click first and last photo and the map will show your trail |
