The majority of the products they sell are dodgey brands i wouldnt even let my grandmother use. 2. Their customer service is appalling, the first and only time i went there i had to stand and wait for a good 15min before i was even acknowledged let alone served. 3. Their website is horrible its, they dont list the model numbers or provide accurate details and its impossible to navigate. 4. They dont speak a word of english, if you cant speak english dont get into retail. 5. The shop is very small and littered with PC they've obviously built for people, making a mission and a half to even move around. |

Computer Direct Ltd prides itself in providing the best sales and technical service and we always take the customer's side where possible... Most of the feedback we get from customers is really good so I really want to know how come you felt you were not well looked after. |
