| 275346 | 2004-09-24 22:16:00 | Hi folks, Can anyone suggest what may be causing my printer to not print from an Encore music writing programme all of a sudden. Anything written either to the hard drive or to disk since around mid August seems to be ok, but trying to print anything that was compiled prior to then brings up a message saying that I have a printer initialization error. I have tried un-installing and re-installing the printer. HP 670 C, but that makes no difference. I have no trouble printing from any other applications. Cant think of anything we have done around that time which may have caused any conflict. Perhaps some sort of virus? Earnie. |

| 275347 | 2004-09-24 22:29:00 | Hello Earnie, It may be that the spool has too many commands, or it may be not set as default . go to the control panel, open the printer folder, you should see a black dot, with a white tick, beside the 670c icon . If there isn't, right click the icon and click properties, file, and click 'set as default . ' delete any commands you see from here also, by right clicking and clicking cancel print . good luck, robby |
