275997 2004-09-27 01:49:00 It all started when I tried to upgrade my video drivers with ones from Intel's site (game didn't work properly). That didn't go too well, so I uninstalled them and WinXP found the good old drivers.

But now, every time my computer starts it finds nine Intel plasma TV screens that don't exist!

It wants the drivers, so I click cancel (9 times) and it settles down and there's nine "Unknown Devices" in device manager.

What do I do to kill these nonexistant TV screens?

276000 2004-09-27 11:25:00 Plain old intel card, no extra features.

Integrated if it helps.

"Intel(R) 82810E Graphics Controller (Microsoft Corporation)" is the name of it.

If I delete them they just come back.

Have you tried clearing the bios shadow and cache.
