| 275768 | 2004-09-26 06:41:00 | Cant see anything in the archives so here goes. Win. XP home SP2 installed. AVG tells me the virus is in Docs and settings\user\appl. Data\WTTCT.exe. but cant move it. After custom scanning I find it is not there but in something that it shares which is the culprit. Any suggestion s would be appreciated | BobM (1138) | ||
| 275769 | 2004-09-26 06:54:00 | Can u see it running in task manager?? If so, I would kill the process. I would also disable system restore. Delete the file. Then I would go to start/run, type in regedit and search for WTTCT.exe See what it can find and delete the entries then reboot. Then enable system restore again |
