This is the message my daughter has been getting since yesterday when she starts up Windows XP Home. She has also found that her dial-up settings have been changed to call a number in Mexico. Could these two be linked? We ran a NAV scan of the whole HDD and found nothing (but her virus defns were probably out of date). What is the next best step to take to get rid of her PC problems. |

sounds like possible dailer infection. try the usual spyware (see faq) and firewall. |
