| 276461 | 2004-09-28 09:39:00 | We currently use the DAP free program. When doing Spybot it shows, consistently, 8 items which will not clear. This does not appear to cause us any problems ........!!. Is there another freeware that is at least as good as DAP, without any "addons". I guess this will come down to opinions??? | 276467 | 2004-09-29 02:20:00 | You could remove it from the old versions,or install it as shareware and have a splashscreen when launching the app. Besides,i have an older version backed up somewhere that was released with zero spyware,having said that its "spyware" was just ads displayed in the top bar,small price to pay for a program that imo was light years ahead of the others. Infact,i may just see what the cost is and buy a full version, first time for everything.... |
