276520 2004-09-28 11:47:00 Is it possible to put the other computer on my home network into standby without actually touching it(eg Standby PC1 by a command from PC2)???(PC1 is windows 200 pro, PC2 is Windows XP pro)?????? Codex (3761)
276521 2004-09-28 12:36:00 winvnc allows you you take over control of another pc by ip or pcname on a private network (also works on the internet) the controlling pc is known as the client which connects to the server the controlled pc and you can do anything you wish to the controlled pc as if you were sitting in front of it ]:).
winvnc or tightvnc all are freely downloadable
