| 277770 | 2004-10-02 23:15:00 | My father and I both like to listen to Leo Laporte Tech Guy radio show on KFI 640am in Los Angeles. I have no problem logging into it through my paradise account and listen to it with no problems at all. My father also on Paradise has got the following error message for the last two weeks, having previously been able to access the site with no problem. Forbidden. You don't have permission to access / on this server. Apache/1.3.31 Server at www.kfi640.com Port 80 This happens whether connected through Firefox or IE. We both use Zone Alarm Pro (with Windows Firewall turned off) but it still happens if Zone Alarm is turned off. We both have current versions of Adware, Spybot and SpyBlaster on our computers. We do access Paraidse through a different number but in most other ways the set ups are similar. I just reinstalling Zone Alarm 5.1.033.000 just in case that would help, but it didn't. Any ideas of something else to try? |

| 277773 | 2004-10-02 23:47:00 | I've just tried to access that URL and get the same 403 error message that your father does. Even trying this URL www.kfi640.com gives the same error. I can acess both those URL's from google's cache from the 30th Sept though. And you can still access that site yourself? |

I'm out of Wellington today but I've had no problem even though I click exactly the same link as he does, same url. | 277776 | 2004-10-03 00:23:00 | By the way - for anyone who wants to listen to the programme and can't get to the KFi site - you can download it as an Mp3 at www.leoville.tv Usually a delay of a few days (or weeks sometimes) before the Mp3's get posted to the site. Fans of Tech TV will recall that Leo was the host of the Screensavers before it became G4Tech TV. The show is greatly missed now that Saturn don't show it anymore. |

| 277779 | 2004-10-03 02:01:00 | Well we have two people who can, myself on Paradise and two on Orcan. We have two who can't, one who is using Paradiswe outside Wellington. I know Paradise has had problems like this before with particular IP addresses being blocked. Is it possible they use a different range for customers outside Wellington who are all blocked, than they use for wellington customers? (they use a different dial up number). It wouldn't of course effect Orcon customers if only Paradise customers were blocked. I can't think of another theory and nothing so far has worked in getting my ftaher connected to that site.
