| 277649 | 2004-10-02 14:34:00 | Hi guys, this will be my last post for the night. I want to create a boot CD, probably based on the stuff at http://www.nu2.nu. I want it to be able to do a host of things including: - Install Windows XP (NOT Slipstreamed - I have my reasons) - I have the disk of course - Password reset (I have the floppy image) - Resize partition (I have the ISO) - Access network with no operating system - or tell me how to get network booting WORKING: Problem with network booting -------------------------------------- When I try to boot off the network and install Windows XP this way, I get half way through the login wizard, but it says my computer name is invalid. Server runs Win2K Adv Server. Back to the question -------------------------- i just want to combine them all. I will probably get it going myself in time, but help if you can. Cheers |
