| 278572 | 2004-10-06 04:18:00 | Hi Can anybody please help me with a logon problem with Windows XP Home. When I start the computer and put my password in to logon it starts to then logs me off again. I can log in as a guest and know I am using the correct pasword. Thanks |

| 278574 | 2004-10-06 04:40:00 | Press F8 as computer is booting, that will get you into safe mode as administrator Try changing the password on your a/c from there (Control Panel > Users) If that doesn't work create another a/c with admin privileges eg 'GeoffW2' Then transfer all your settings, docs etc to the new a/c when you're happy with it in a few days, delete the old a/c |
