| 278516 | 2004-10-05 21:16:00 | Hi Team Just a little advance notice of a solution. MailWasher Pro 4.1.7.5 on my Win 98 box started throwing BSODs yesterday with the error message: A fatal exception 0E has occurred at AT0028:C02A0948 in VXD VWIN32(05) 000012D0. The application would open normally, then throw the BSOD at various different times during mail opening. I could exit back to other running programs and continue OK so it didn't stuff up anything else. Extensive searching found little to help me, most was focussed on the blacklist.txt and filters.txt files but they were not the problem. In the end a simple uninstall and reinstall did the trick and it didn't even need to be re-set up. Hopefully this will pop up if somebody else gets the problem and searches PF1 for a solution. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
