| 279201 | 2004-10-08 04:54:00 | Hello, I have recently connected 2 computers on a network using a crossover cable. I used the network setup wizard on both computers and everything went fine. I managed to configure zonealarm firewall in the client computer to allow the host computer to access it but I have a problem with configuring zonealarm in the host computer to allow the client computer to access it. I do not know the ip address of the client computer. Do I need to make an ip address for the client computer? Does anybody know how I can configure zonealarm on the host computer? Can you tell me how I should have set up my network so that I can check to see if I have done it right? Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou, Michael |

This is what u tick on the host. And if the client has ZA too, find the same option and tick this is the client It shouldn't need an ip address. Just do the above. |
