| 279044 | 2004-10-07 20:19:00 | I've been trying to download AVG onto a comp without success. Keeps timing out even with Getright a download manager. Now I've got AVG on a CD but still needs a registation no. Does anyone know of a possibly generic one to use? Or a way around the reg. dialogue box? Or even a current (they expire after three days) no. that someone has just used? TIA. :) |

Really don'r want to try downloading it again, must've tried already a dozen times. Got AVG on a CD from a computer shop. Nothing shootable about that. :D |

| 279047 | 2004-10-07 20:54:00 | But- If you register via www.grisoft.com, and get the download link, that should trigger the registration number email to you? You dont need to actually do the download. Just use that number for the AVG on the disk? Or have I missed something? |

| 279050 | 2004-10-07 21:53:00 | Well that's interesting GF, because I tried a Registration No. for one of the downloads (that timed out) for the copy I uploaded off the CD and it wouldn't work. I've just downloaded AVG again onto my computer and am awaiting a Reg. No. I am going to try on the other one. (If that's clear). Thanks for you help. :) |

| 279053 | 2004-10-07 22:44:00 | I've been trying to get a new registration number from Grisoft for the past two weeks. I get an email with the download link but the follow up email with the serial number never arrive. I think Grisoft's either not giving out anymore new serial number or their server is stuffed. Anyway I used one of the old serial number that I had use for another PC and it worked. |
