| 278862 | 2004-10-07 03:19:00 | Hi Folks. A small query. I run XP Pro SP2. I use Adobe Acrobat 5 and can see little need to upgrade it for what I use it for. I also have the free Adobe Reader 6 which I use to open and read saved pdf's. However, whenever I download a pdf, it is automatically opened by the older Acrobat. Is there a simple way of directing it to use the newer Reader? Thanks. |

Right click it and select "Open With" - "Choose Program" - navigate to "Adobe Reader 6.0" and select it, tick the "Always use the selected program ..." box |
