Hey ill try all of that! thank you for all your resposnes! I have tried loading the drivers off the compaq website with no luck. Also tried downloading drivers from the original manufacturer pages still no luck.. but i think that my next move is to try those driver backup programs that were mentioned! Thank you! i will keep this posted on my luck hehe |

I just cannot understand why you are not able to load and use the genuine drivers from the Compaq support site. I have never had any problems using that site. |

Hey thank you for all your support.... using driver genius professional edition that i downloaded even tho it was the trial version it has worked perfectly. I have managed to back all the system drivers that i have onto a CD, loaded on my windows xp and put the drivers back onto the computer. Everything is working smoothly now! Thank you! |
