| 1371693 | 2014-03-31 07:58:00 | Up until today our Canon printer has worked very well. Scanning, coping, printing all good. This morning my wife tried to print a document she had spent hours on and no print. So I checks and finds no default printer. Simple, right click and select. But no, still no print. So I runs the installation disk and still nothing. Tonight I unplugs printer cable and power and uninstall all the printer programs and reinstall. Now, same problem. I right click and select. Hit enter and recheck and no tick. Any ideas, please? As some of you will know, I'm not very well, so have to "call it a night" and hope for some helpful hints in the morning. Ian |
