| 1353852 | 2013-09-19 02:04:00 | Talking to a chap who claimed that the Federal reserve bank was privatively owned. Don't know about you, but I thought that it was rubbish. Have a read of this............. www.globalresearch.ca Example............ So lets review: 1. The Fed is privately owned. Its shareholders are private banks. In fact, 100% of its shareholders are private banks. None of its stock is owned by the government. 2. The fact that the Fed does not get appropriations from Congress basically means that it gets its money from Congress without congressional approval, by engaging in open market operations. |

They set the interest rates, they control inflation, they do deals amongst themselves that requires a finance degree to understand and somehow generate money out of thin air. On top of all that they lend us all money they don't have to begin with and charge us interest on this non-existant money and somehow this is ok. I read a long article on it all once, but I must confess I got lost along the way and gave up trying to understand it. It seems by the time they've finished lending out the same small amount of money to multiple people at once and charging them all interest on it there is a good profit to be had. |

I just don't get it. Dugi is onto it, they are a law unto themselves. And there is nothing to be done. 93 % of production in the USA goes to 1% of the population. That means 7% for the rest of them and theres nothing to stop this dreadful greed. |
