| 279723 | 2004-10-10 01:52:00 | Hi Team I have to do a major mail-out to clients and planned to use the BCC format to do it all in one hit, but I have hit a snag . Most clients have a personalised address such as raquel . welch@company . co . nz but quite a few have generic adresses such as admin@company . co . nz and for those I normally put the recipient's name in the subject line to personalise them . Is there any way I can insert recipients' names to personalise the admin@ messages while maintaining the omnibus BCC mail out, or will I have to send all of the generic addresses individually and just use the Subject line? Mail program is Outlook 2000, I have searched the Outlook help files and the web but came up with a big fat nothing . Cheers Billy 8-{) |

Bugger about the mail merge, I guess I'll just have to send those individually . Never mind though, Raquel will get hers delivered personally . :D Cheers Billy 8-{) Bathurst is running on the office TV too! This is one Sunday that I try not to miss . |
