I have just installed jetstream and have networked my desktop and a laptop through the router ( All in the same room).Everything works fine but I want to use the laptop in another room so need to buy some more cable. At the moment I am using crossover cable which from what I have read is incorrect, could anyone please give some advice.I presume I can just by some cable, run it to where I want it, then I can use the laptop the same as I can now ( I.E my tower system does not need to be on to access the internet).Thanks.

Well, not quite, if the router is auto sensing then it doesnt matter whether the cable is straight through or cross-over. So I'd just get the length of straight through cable that you need.
