2004-10-12 22:49:00 If you want a passive cooler the Zalman ZM-NB47J is one of the best, just make sure it will fit your motherboard. I know from experience that if you have a Thermalright SLK-800 or bigger it wont fit.

If you want an active cooler you could consider the Thermaltake Extreme Spirt NB cooler or the Coolmaster Blue Ice chipset cooler. You'll also need to check the clearance on the Thermaltake cooler as its quite high.

2004-10-12 23:36:00 It's easy to cut a few fins on the Zalman to give clearance if you have a big CPU heatsink. Silly little fans never last. PaulD (232)
2004-10-13 02:52:00 Another vote for the Zalman. Just buy it off Ascent for $23~ alphazulusixeightniner (185)
2004-10-13 03:39:00 The 40mm Evercool fan from Ascent attaches to the existing heatsink. Only $11.62
