| 280606 | 2004-10-12 08:07:00 | I have a server at home that I've been playing round with. I currently have Windows 2000 Advanced Server on it and have just rebooted from an install of Fedora Core 2. However, when I rebooted, it just came up with 'GRUB Geom error'. I am currently sitting at the shell that is off the Rescue CD that I've booted up with. I want to fix GRUB or switch to LILO if that will help my situation. I can't have it sitting like it is unbootable as I have MCSE Windows 2000 exams that I'm studying for! This is the system config if you need it: Dell PowerEdge 2200 333 server HP NetRAID SCSI RAID card 4x 9GB HDD's in RAID5 I have no problems in Win2000. Is one of the Linux gurus able to help me here? Thanks. |
