| 280426 | 2004-10-12 02:35:00 | Have just created a lan between a laptop and a pc by using a crossover cable . Both systems are running Windows XP HOME except the PC has SP2 installed where as the laptop does not . The pc connects to the internet via the laptops internet connection and this runs fine . The pc can access all shares on the laptop however the laptop can not access shares on the pc . Both embedded firewalls are off except for the dial up internet connection . PING works fine . I . P . 's are static Laptop (192 . 168 . 0 . 1), PC (192 . 168 . 0 . 2) |
