| 281146 | 2004-10-14 18:43:00 | I'm thinking of changing my download manager in light of new info here recently that suggests Getright has spyware installed, to FreshDevices, FreshDownload. To register for this I need to send them a non disposable email addy, which I don't really want to do... So my question is:- does anyone else have this download manager and not get any spam? or are there other free managers out there that are good enough? thanks in advance Trev |

| 281148 | 2004-10-14 19:17:00 | I downloaded Fresh Download 2 months ago and used my new Gmail address. So far I have no spam, but you will receive a weekly newsletter from them which you can unsubscribe from. :) I never ended up installing it though, so i can't tell you what it is like. :8} |

| 281149 | 2004-10-14 19:18:00 | Thanks Johnboy I missed that one. I think I'll try Download Express instead, although it looks as though I could stick with Getright after all... "A change is as good as a rest" they say... Trev |
