| 281062 | 2004-10-14 06:26:00 | A company web-site which I recently visited placed its uninvited Company logo into my computer - the effect being that this logo appears on my screen during each boot-up routine, beginning from right after the fade-out of the Windows trademark and stays until just before the normal desktop is in place, whereupon it vanishes, but briefly re-appears once more in the Windows shut-down process. In which particular directory and sub-directory will the file for this unwanted logo be residing, and once found, will a conventional deletion be sufficient to resolve this problem? |
