| 282142 | 2004-10-18 00:22:00 | Hi, my new server (Cel 1.2Ghz) has two sd-ram slots. I can either put in 1) 1x 256MB PC133 + 1x 128MB PC133 -> 384MB PC133 2) 1x 256MB PC133 + 1x 256MB PC100 -> 512MB PC100 Which option would be best? If it helps, FSB = 100Mhz And the operating system is Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Normally (with 256MB PC100 on a PIII 450, its old configuration) it 'uses' about 390MB, some of which is paged of course. Cheers |
