| 282620 | 2004-10-19 06:56:00 | click the organise icon on the toolbar then perhaps rule wizard ... i think u can choose something like whenever any email from this X email a/c arrives it will be moved into folder X. if Y email account email arrives it will be moved into Y folder .. etc... u need to make the folders before hand thou. |

| 282621 | 2004-10-19 07:01:00 | 1. click organise. 2. click new. 3. check messages when they arrive. 4. when received via specified account 5. click the specified link and choose which email a/c it is - this should be already set up via tools menu -> accounts. 6. move to specified folder. 7. click the field, choose the folder you created on the outlook branch roote directory. this is for outlook 2000, but should be v similar. just make sure u do have the other email a/c set up before hand going to tools -> accounts. like pop accounts, smtpl, name of act, email addrees etc.. also create a folder at your outlook directory .. so u have inbox, u may want one to be called personal, business, internet etc.. i have inbox for my own stuff, i also have one under another name for internet stuff, my one i use for internet email registration etc.. |
