Since XP installation ( driver updated of course) documents will not print ( Word 2000) in most cases, even if generated on Wordpad. However printer test page is fine, every time. Images print also fine. Totally perplexed, help please ! |

| 283144 | 2004-10-21 00:38:00 | I have same printer with no probs on XP SP2. Have deleted the printer driver and reinstalled? Also you could try the driver for the 810C or is it 820C. Which ever one it is it works with the 710C. | Berryb (654) | ||
