| 284051 | 2004-10-24 02:15:00 | Hi and Welcome to PressF1 :) Do you know if the printer is receiving power from the mains? Is there an LED on the printer that lights up when it is on? Some printers have a diagnostic test that can be run via the control buttons on the printer - have a look at your manual and see if your model does. |
