| 283691 | 2004-10-22 20:00:00 | hi, I have a billion adsl router 7100 which was working great until i upgraded the firmware, after the firmware update had finished it rebooted the router it restored the factory default settings, can anyone give me the exact settings needed to get onto xtra's jetstream, when I got the router Im sure i only put my user name and password in and all went well, but after the factory reset I think there are more changes needed. ps..if anyone could send me some screen shots of thier billion router settings that would be fantastic Thanks Alvin Alvrez maxinfo@xtra.co.nz |

| 283693 | 2004-10-22 21:56:00 | Xtra will tell him in no uncertain terms that they do not provide suport for that brand of Router,They only suport the pile of crap with its wizard they sell in the bundle. To the thread starter,Read your quick start guide,it tells you what settings are specific to the NZ system Otherwise post again and i will take some screenshots of the configuartion for you to compare against your own. |
