However, on browsing around for 'XP Repair' I found a website that showed how to restore without formatting or losing files and applications. It involves a lot of DOS commands (gone, but not forgotten) but it worked. Go to www.digitalwebcast.com and look in their boot tutorials. Thanks again and I hope this helps someone else. Hooray for F1. |
